Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to make an adjustment to your order, contact our support team within 24 hours of the time you placed your order. Requests after this won’t be accepted.

Our returns policy lasts for 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and all the original tags on the items must be attached. The items must be in the same condition that you received them and they must also be in the original packaging.

Returning your order to the manufacturer without contacting us first, may result in your returns not being processed correctly. We, therefore, advise you to email us first. Please ensure you contact us within 20 days of making your order. Claims after this will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order and shipping costs are non-refundable.

In an unlikely event, where you received the wrong order, contact us immediately at and we can arrange for the correct order to be sent to you at no extra cost.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also cannot refund any sale items.
